Refund policy

Returns

All sales are final. No returns will be accepted unless there are special circumstances that should be discussed with Cheri’s Creations prior to sending back materials. All authorized returns must be received within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To start your return or exchange process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days after the return is received. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, first contact your credit card company or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at cheriscreations@outlook.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cheriscreations@outlook.com

Shipping

If a return is authorized by Cheri’s Creations please mail your item to: 100 Eanes St, South Boston VA 24592, United States

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

**If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
